Over the past five years, under Dean Michael Mikhail’s administration UIC Business has experienced significant growth in student enrollments and has actively recruited faculty in all disciplines. Approximately 50% of current tenured/tenure track faculty were recruited in the last five years. College-wide new professors have come from a diverse set of institutions including Carnegie Mellon University, Ohio State University, New York University, Northwestern University, Stanford University, University of Michigan, University of California Berkley, and the University of Minnesota, among others.
